Please be advised that all of our products are made by hand in small batches to ensure freshness. Stock pile inventory is not included in our process, as it directly impacts the quality of our products. We are a small staff and we experience high volumes of orders and ask that customers allow at most 14 business days for items to ship. This includes processing and shipping times.
PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once the item has shipped, we are not able to change the shipping address.
There will be a $2.00 inconvenience FEE for incorrect shipping addresses, as we receive a large amount of orders and with short staff, it is difficult to keep up with the amount of emails we receive regarding this issue.
We always attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible but during holiday/sale events shipping can take longer due to high demand. We always email shipping updates in regards to orders placed, so please be sure to enter your correct email at the time of purchase to receive order information.
Once your items ship you will receive a shipping email with tracking information. You may not see an email stating “order processing” due to how our system is currently set up. We do receive all orders when they are placed, and they will show as “Pending” on the customers end. Please allow at most 14 business days to see an email stating “Your items have shipped”.
